1.Installation and debugging
While the equipments arrive to customer's workshop, customer should lay each machine according to the layout. We will send out our experienced technicians to guide installation, debugging and test running for production. Date for installation and debugging is about 20-30 days. Within this period, we will offer all the corresponding spare parts and tools.
2. Training
(1). We will offer technical training for customers. Contents of training includes structures of the equipments, controlling of the machines and how to operate. The specific training will be depends on actual situation.
(2). We hope via the training, customers' technicians can learn well about how to operate and maintain all the machines, and also they will know how to adjust the technics and deal with all kinds of faults.
3. Quality assurance
(1). All the goods we offer to customers are full new without use.And all the equipments are made by adopting newest technology and suitable material.
(2). We guarantee that the production line, via correct guide, installation and debugging, within 5 days, the whole system will run well to make the products reach the performance standard.
(3). We guarantee that within the quality assurance period of the contract,we are responsible for any faults aroused by technics, manufacturing, installation, debugging, test and material.
(4). Quality assurance period is 1 year after acceptance. Within the period of assurance, if customer found quality or spec is different from orders of contract, or there are some limitation of the goods, the buyer can, according to the inspection certificate, lodge a claim at the seller.
(5). We guarantee for all the equipments'mechanical properties, quality and indication of consumption.
4. Warranty
(1). After acceptance, we offer 12 months warranty and offer spare parts free with in-time effective service.
(2). After 1 year warranty, we offer favorable supports of technics and service all the life.
